Below are guidelines for our 2021 event as of 19th September 2020. Between now and our event date, we will be constantly monitoring government guidelines, Royal College of Physician updates and gathering useful information for the benefit of our visitors to our event. If you have any questions that are not answered below, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to provide you with answers you are seeking. We will be making changes to this page as a result. Hopefully by May some of the existing restrictions might be dropped. Stay tuned for more info!
“We’re Good To Go” is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. The Royal College Of Physicians complies with this accreditation.
During our 2021 London Core Review event, there will be various requirements of all visitors to be followed as well as specific health and safety measures. These are outlined in the illustrations below.
The Royal College of Physicians has produced a document going over guidelines implemented for good health and safety practice as required by the government. All visitors to our 2021 event will have to fill out a form declaring they are in good health prior to the event. We will let you know towards the event when this should be completed. The document below is to give you a guideline at this stage of what will be needed to be completed.
Social distancing measures will be in place throughout the venue. The Seligman theatre will now be allowed to accommodate 70 delegates from the 140 maximum capacity. We are currently working with the RCP to best see how we can serve our sponsors. We will have provisions for sponsors with tweaks here and there to meet various guidelines. We will be providing more information towards the event about this.
