Photo And Video Submission Guideline

If you have been invited to submit a profile photo for our website. Kindly follow the guidelines below. This applies to all guest speaker panelist members as well as attendees submitting video testimonials at the end of the event.
Photo submissions will be used for profiles and video poster images for panelists. In addition, we are looking for 10 attendees from our event to submit video testimonials which we will use on our website (instructions below).

We have set up the following forms with instructions for submissions:
1. Guest Speaker Panelist members (this will instructions on how pre-recorded presentations for those who are unable to attend our event.
2. Attendee video testimonials (information shown below).

• Use a white background (or close to this) we will photoshop the images accordingly and remove backgrounds.
• Get an assistant to shoot your photo with a good quality modern smartphone (these have good lenses) or use a camera
• We need full body shot (any shot from knee up to face). Face straight at the camera (no side poses) as shown in the illustrations. Full shoulder length is required (green areas denote safe area).
• Use good lighting (avoid foreground shadows as much as possible) and where possible avoid patterned clothing for better capture.
• Do not compress images or reduce size (the larger the better for optimal clarity on modern high density pixel screens), all photo formats are accepted. Do not crop/trim images.
