Event Registration & Payment Questions

Is my registration fee refundable?

Your registration fee is mostly non-refundable. The London Core Review organisation has many expenses, including venue payments per person. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances, provided you give at least 30 days’ notice before the course.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Event registration is pre-created for attendees. Transferring it to someone else is not allowed without prior arrangement with the London Core Review due to security reasons.

Can you provide an invoice to my hospital/organisation for my registration?

We’re happy to create customised invoices based on your needs. Invoices from institutes can be paid by direct back transfer, credit card, or PayPal. We also offer invoices for group registrations. Please use the contact form below for assistance.

What should I do if my credit card registration is rejected by your online checkout?

Please use a different card for payment. We also accept PayPal and bank transfer. Registration is only complete once the full amount is received.

What are our options for a single payment for a group of delegates?

We’re happy to provide a customised online checkout URL link for groups. Email us for details. We accept various payments. Contact us via WhatsApp or our website contact form.

Does the London Core Review store sensitive credit card details?

The London Core Review organisation securely stores no sensitive credit card information. Our payments are processed externally using reputable credit card processors like Stripe, Square, and PayPal, which offer high-level SSL checkouts for your peace of mind.

Can I get my friend, relative, or colleague to pay for my registration fee?

Please send us the necessary information in advance so we can arrange for someone else to pay for your course.

Web App And Login Questions

Is your webapp subscription recurring or non-recurring?

Our web app subscription is one-time. Once you pay for a 12-month subscription, the fee is final.

How long is the access for the Web App provided to 3 day delegates?

Access is 1 year from the date of when the login credentials were created. If you would like further access beyond this time, we encourage you to subscribe to our web app subscription after this time.

How can I resolve the issue of being unable to log in to the website?

For stability, use Google Chrome or Safari. Some Wi-Fi networks have firewalls that block video streaming. If this happens, change your Wi-Fi network or use cellular data. Make sure your operating system is up to date. If you still have problems, contact us for help.

I’ve paid for the course registration, but I haven’t received my web app credentials. When will this happen?

Web app credentials for course attendees are sent via email in batches. Please wait for the credentials. We also send a welcome email with credentials 30 days before the event. You can also use the contact form on this website or speak to the registration team at the event.

Venue Questions

What wheelchair access options are available?

The Wellcome Collection is the world’s most accessible museum. Wheelchair provisions are available throughout, including the theatre.

Where can I find information directions from the airport to the venue?

Our venue page provides a lot os useful information on how to get tot he venue. We have enclosed directions from the service City Mapper - Please view the venue page by clicking here.

Are there any special seating arrangements or protocols to follow in the theatre?

Attendees can enter and leave the theatre as they please. Please switch off your mobile phones to be considerate of others. The first and last rows are reserved for FACULTY who need to move frequently. Do not sit in these rows.

Can I buy an additional course book at the event?

Our course books cover day 1-3 of the event and are in limited supply. They’re mainly for 3-day delegates. If we have spare books, they’re charged at £150 each on-site, payable by cash or credit card.

Do I have to wear the badge at the venue all the time?

All delegates must wear their badges at all times for security. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to show proof of registration. If you’ve lost yours, speak to our registration team for a replacement.

Is there free WIFI at the venue?

The Wellcome Collection offers free Wi-Fi for all visitors. Look for signage at the venue. You can also find Wi-Fi information in our floor plan PDF on our downloads page (click Here).

Does the venue provide Halal food for Muslim delegates?

The venue serves Halal food. We offer a variety of meals over the three days to suit different needs.

Event Sponsor Questions

I’m a sponsor representative attending the event. Where can I find details about delivering our exhibition materials?

Our dedicated sponsor delivery page (click Here) provides all the information you need to know about delivering your packages to your allocated stand and collecting them. We also have a printable PDF document with information labels.

Can we meet someone in person to discuss our interest in sponsoring the London Core Review?

Please contact us via our website’s contact form. We’ll set up a call (usually within 24 hours) with either Jayesh Parmar (Events Organiser) or Mr Aziz Momin (Course Director - Consultant Cardiac Surgeon).

Travel Visa Related Questions

What can I do about my visa rejection?

If your visa was rejected despite paying for the course, please provide a document from the authorities confirming the status. We’ll do our best to refund you or credit you for the course in the next year.

When should I apply for the visa?

We advise course delegates from abroad needing a travel visa to apply well in advance. Initial applications may be rejected due to form errors, requiring resubmission. Allow time for such possibilities. Apply as early as 3-6 months in advance to save on travel and hotel.

Can you provide me with an invitation letter for my travel visa application?

We’re happy to provide a visa letter for this purpose. Please include your full name, passport number, job title, and workplace. These letters are only available to those who’ve paid our enrolment fees to prevent abuse.

How do I correct my misspelled name on my certificate?
