Your registration fee is mostly non-refundable. The London Core Review organisation has many expenses, including venue payments per person. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances, provided you give at least 30 days’ notice before the course.
Event registration is pre-created for attendees. Transferring it to someone else is not allowed without prior arrangement with the London Core Review due to security reasons.

The London Core Review organisation securely stores no sensitive credit card information. Our payments are processed externally using reputable credit card processors like Stripe, Square, and PayPal, which offer high-level SSL checkouts for your peace of mind.

Our web app subscription is one-time. Once you pay for a 12-month subscription, the fee is final.
Access is 1 year from the date of when the login credentials were created. If you would like further access beyond this time, we encourage you to subscribe to our web app subscription after this time.
For stability, use Google Chrome or Safari. Some Wi-Fi networks have firewalls that block video streaming. If this happens, change your Wi-Fi network or use cellular data. Make sure your operating system is up to date. If you still have problems, contact us for help.
Web app credentials for course attendees are sent via email in batches. Please wait for the credentials. We also send a welcome email with credentials 30 days before the event. You can also use the contact form on this website or speak to the registration team at the event.
The Wellcome Collection is the world’s most accessible museum. Wheelchair provisions are available throughout, including the theatre.

Attendees can enter and leave the theatre as they please. Please switch off your mobile phones to be considerate of others. The first and last rows are reserved for FACULTY who need to move frequently. Do not sit in these rows.
Our course books cover day 1-3 of the event and are in limited supply. They’re mainly for 3-day delegates. If we have spare books, they’re charged at £150 each on-site, payable by cash or credit card.
All delegates must wear their badges at all times for security. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to show proof of registration. If you’ve lost yours, speak to our registration team for a replacement.
The Wellcome Collection offers free Wi-Fi for all visitors. Look for signage at the venue. You can also find Wi-Fi information in our floor plan PDF on our downloads page (click Here).
The venue serves Halal food. We offer a variety of meals over the three days to suit different needs.

If your visa was rejected despite paying for the course, please provide a document from the authorities confirming the status. We’ll do our best to refund you or credit you for the course in the next year.
We advise course delegates from abroad needing a travel visa to apply well in advance. Initial applications may be rejected due to form errors, requiring resubmission. Allow time for such possibilities. Apply as early as 3-6 months in advance to save on travel and hotel.
We’re happy to provide a visa letter for this purpose. Please include your full name, passport number, job title, and workplace. These letters are only available to those who’ve paid our enrolment fees to prevent abuse.
